O3CI
The CBAM Registry operator portal — where non-EU installation operators can register and share emissions data with their EU declarants.
O3CI is the operator-facing module of the CBAM Registry. Non-EU installation operators can register for free and share emissions data with the EU declarants they supply. It is optional; suppliers can also share data via the Commission communication template, or through third-party software like CBAMWorks.
